Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're completely satisfied with your order. In the event that you're not, we offer hassle-free returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email customer service at sarah@merisihair.com with your order number for confirmation. Then, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Please note that if you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not accept used items for returns. Additionally, accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placing them. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You have up to 15 days to decide if you want to return an item. Returns made between 15 and 30 days after delivery will not incur restocking fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for convenience. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account. Exceptions to our return policy include items with more than a 10% discount and promotion items delivered in good condition.
